I provide therapeutic massages tailored to your specific needs, focusing on relieving tension while calming the nervous system to promote relaxation. While I may incorporate deep pressure in targeted areas where it is most beneficial, I will do not apply deep pressure throughout the entire session. This ensures both your comfort and my ability to deliver effective and sustainable care without the risk of injuring myself. If deep pressure is the most important component of your massage, I am not the right therapist for you.
Whether you are just looking to relax or have a problem area that needs some extra attention, this is the session for you. Each session is customized specifically to meet your needs. Choose between relaxing Swedish massage (light to medium pressure) and Therapeutic massage (medium to firm), Manual Lymph Drainage or a combination of these. We will discuss the best course of action at the intake prior to your session. Includes hot towels.
Perfect for those with areas of tension or chronic pain. This type of session consists of manual massage combined with silicone cups over one or two areas of the body to effectively open the tissue and help relax the muscles without the discomfort of a typical deep tissue massage. Includes Hot Stones and Hot Towels. **Please note these are not typically full body sessions. Cupping therapy is meant to be done over 2 or more sessions to get the full benefit. Customized Packages available.
Massage during pregnancy not only makes a woman feel pampered, but offers undeniable physical benefits as well. Using modified positioning, massage during pregnancy can relieve stress, swelling, fatigue, enhance sleep, and promote relaxation. Includes medium pressure, warm stones and hot towels. **Please Note prenatal massage is done in a combination of side-lying and semi-reclined positions. Includes Hot Towels.
Manual lymph drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle manual treatment technique using light touch (not massage) to encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It is indicated for clients with healthy to moderately compromised lymphatic systems. **I do not treat lymphedema/lipedema or post-surgery clients at this time.
Begin your session with 15 minutes of manual lymph drainage focusing on the face, neck, and upper chest to promote relaxation and circulation.
