I have implemented the following policies for all clients.
Massage therapy is not appropriate
for all health conditions, so for that
reason, all clients are REQUIRED to
fill out a Massage Intake Form
prior to their first session and
then annually or any time there
is a change in their health
or medications.
The form will be sent to you electronically via
email and/or text so that you
can complete it online.
If you arrive for your appointment
without completing the Massage
Intake Form, you will be required to
complete and sign it before
we can begin your session.
The massage intake form must be
completed and signed by the person
coming for the session
unless they are a minor.
Hey I get it, life happens and sometimes you need to cancel
or reschedule your
massage appointment.
No problem! But...
Please understand that I am a small
business. I have kept my rates very
fair but I pay rent for the space I work
from and I earn my living only when I
am working with a client.
Your appointment is reserved just
for you. No other clients are allowed
to book the time you have reserved
and if you do not show up or
give me sufficient time
when rescheduling to allow me
to schedule another client,
I go without pay for
that time you had reserved.
I ask that you respect my time and
I will respect yours.
Please give me as much notice as
possible, with a minimum of
24 hours notice if you need to
cancel or reschedule so that I
can try to fill your appointment slot.
If you need to cancel or reschedule,
you may do so online up to
24 hours in advance of
your scheduled appointment.
If you change or cancel your
appointment with less than 24 hours
notice, you may be charged 50% of
your session fee.
No shows will automatically be charged 100% of the session fee, which will need to be paid before you are able to book another appointment.
**Late cancellations or reschedules
due to emergencies, illness or
inclement weather generally do not
result in any charges but are
determined on a case-by-case basis.**
Due to the nature of my practice,
I do a full disinfection and cleaning of
my treatment room and reception area
between clients and for that reason,
I am not able to accommodate early arrivals.
Please plan to arrive for your
appointment no earlier than 10
minutes before your scheduled
session unless arranged
with me ahead of time.
If you do arrive earlier than 10
minutes prior to your scheduled
session time, please feel free to
use the restroom or wait in your car.

Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to
your appointment is perfect
to allow time to fill out any required
paperwork as well as answer
any intake questions I may have.
If you are late for your appointment,
your session may be shortened so
that your sessions ends at
the scheduled time.
It is not fair to make the next client's
appointment start late.
Full service fees will be charged even
when sessions are shortened due to
your late arrival.
Payment is due at the time of your
session unless other arrangements
have been made ahead of time.
I accept Credit Cards, Cash
and Venmo.
Sorry no personal checks please.
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. I am a licensed professional and have spent years training and setting up
my business.
There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever.
I have a ZERO tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior.
Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise
will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of
any and all services in the future.
You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.
Depending on the behavior exhibited
I may also file a report with the
local authorities.
